as much as i love jersey shore, this misogyny in this show is getting quite ridiculous.

Vinny realizes that this girl (Nikki? Let’s go with Nikki) is a lesbian but continues to go  after her because he believes he’s a “good transition” for lesbians and also believes, “bringing a lesbian to the straight team is like Christopher Columbus discovering America” (we’ll leave out the mass genocide and the fact that it wasn’t really the North America for now). Because that’s exactly what one can do: make a lesbian “switch teams” because one is just that attractive and charming. My oh my.

Then, he congratulated Deena for being an excellent wingman because she kept the other girl to the side “for a plan B”. Really, are women just that interchangeable or really thought of that lowly that well, “if one girl doesn’t come to the club with me then some girl will.”

I really should stop watching this if I’m getting this offended by this. This behavior is honestly disgusting and I know the show is only portraying a larger percentage of men who believe these kinds of things. 

Sigh, I want to back to when all I was noticing was Snooki’s drunk antics.
